Sylwia Olcha

Sylwia Olcha is a BI Developer at AstraZeneca since January 2025, previously serving as an Assets Specialist/Analyst at Equatex Global from October 2023 to January 2025 and as a Junior Analyst at Mercer from March 2023 to October 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Młodszy Konstruktor and Młodszy Kontroler Jakości at PIT-RADWAR from October 2021 to March 2023, and an Engineering Internship at PCO S.A. in July to October 2021. Sylwia is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Big Data at SGH Warsaw School of Economics, while also studying for an Engineering degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation at Politechnika Lubelska, which commenced in 2016.
