Sara Carnovich

Sara Carnovich is a Customer Experience Specialist at Astrea Bioseparations since March 2023, with previous experience as a Customer Service Specialist. Prior roles include working at Unox UK Ltd in the Order Management Team, handling order processing and customer requests for spare parts from December 2021 to February 2023. At UNOX SpA, from July 2017 to December 2021, Sara managed customer service operations, providing technical support and fulfilling Key Account Customer orders using SAP S/4 HANA. Additional experience includes serving as a receptionist at Hotel Milano and various customer service positions at Tossed and Wasabi. Sara holds a Laurea triennale in Progettazione e gestione del turismo culturale from the Università degli Studi di Padova and studied at Universidad de Sevilla as part of an Erasmus program in Tourism and Finance.
