In October 2017, Astro Radio launched two new brands for today's generation of tech-savvy, and mobile and socially connected Malaysians:
- ZAYAN, the first Malaysian radio brand for modern Muslims
- GOXUAN, a digital-first entertainment brand tailored for today's Chinese youth
