Nirmal Parekh

Nirmal Parekh is an experienced professional in commercial licensing and strategy, currently serving as the Head of Commercial Licensing for Information Services at ASX since September 2019. Prior to this role, Nirmal held positions in commercial and sales strategy at Thomson Reuters from January 2010 to October 2018, and engaged in mergers and acquisitions at Lazard between March 2008 and December 2009. Additional experience includes management accounting at Centric Wealth and audit at Bansi S. Mehta & Co. Nirmal holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Sydenham College of Commerce and Economics and a Master's degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Mumbai.
