Previously, Dylan worked as a Commercial Insurance Broker at McGriff Insurance Services, specializing in diverse coverages and guiding clients through risk mitigation strategies, particularly in technology and transportation sectors. Prior roles at Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty included Senior and Commercial Underwriter positions, focusing on expanding business in autonomous vehicles and streamlining underwriting processes. Dylan holds an MBA from Santa Clara University and a degree in Pure Mathematics from California State University, Monterey Bay.
