Lars Reger

Lars Reger currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Executive Vice President (EVP) at NXP Semiconductors since July 2013, holding multiple leadership roles, including Chairman of the Management Team for NXP Semiconductors Germany GmbH and SVP & CTO for NXP Automotive. Additionally, Lars has been a Non-Executive Director at AT&S since July 2020 and served as a Non-Executive Director at Telit from January 2014 to October 2018. Prior experience includes roles such as CTO Automotive at NXP (2014-2016) and Director of Business Development at Siemens VDO Automotive AG. Lars's career began at Infineon Technologies AG, where key positions included Director of 3rd Party IP and Head of the Technology and Product Engineering Department. Lars holds a Physics Diploma from Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität and an MBA from London Business School.
