Saiprasad Poyarekar

Saiprasad Poyarekar is the Founder and CEO of Pacify Medical Technologies Pvt Ltd, a medical technology company established in January 2019 that focuses on clinical need-finding and the commercialization of innovative medical devices. In addition to leading Pacify Medical, Saiprasad serves as a Mentor of Change for the Atal Innovation Mission since January 2020, guiding students in Mumbai's Atal Tinkering Lab. Saiprasad was recognized as a finalist in the MassChallenge Israel 2021 acceleration program, highlighting Pacify Medical's selection among 42 teams from a pool of nearly 400 global candidates. Saiprasad's entrepreneurial journey includes participation in the highly selective Startup Leadership Program, experience as a project researcher at BETiC IITB, and co-founding Create2Learn Tech, alongside roles in various design and engineering positions within the medical and consumer electronics sectors. Saiprasad holds advanced degrees in Medical Technology Innovation from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and in Mechanical Systems from the Indian Institute of Information Technology, Design and Manufacturing Kancheepuram, among other educational achievements.
