Enrique Nino M.Sc., P.Eng. is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in regulatory policy, load settlement, and data analytics. Currently serving as the Manager of Regulatory Policy and Common Matters at ATCO since June 2023, Enrique previously held positions at ATCO Electric, including Supervising Engineer for Meter Data Management & Load Settlement. Prior experience includes managerial roles at Toronto Hydro, focusing on regulatory rates and reporting, and significant contributions to rate design and load analysis at ATCO Electric over nearly a decade. Educational credentials include multiple Master's degrees in Power Engineering from the University of Alberta and Universidade Estadual de Campinas, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Universidad Nacional de Colombia.
