Rita Lima

Rita Lima is an experienced professional currently serving as a Production Supervisor at ATEPELI - Ateliers de Portugal since January 2022, focusing on cost efficiency in machinery, operations, human resources, and stocks. Prior to this role, Rita completed an internship at Lear Corporation in December 2020, where the project focused on reconfiguring a production system using Lean methodologies. Rita has also held various positions in extracurricular organizations, including as a member of the Human Resources team at EPIC Júnior and participating in events organized by IEEE and NEEGIUM. Rita’s academic background includes a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Universidade do Minho, completed in 2021.
