Kelby Halfpop

Kelby Halfpop is currently a Government Relations Analyst at Athene, a position held since October 2022. Prior experience includes serving as a Communications Specialist at Metro Waste Authority from June 2018 to October 2022, and as a Marketing & Communications Coordinator at YSS from July 2017 to July 2018. Additionally, Kelby worked as an Iowa Secretary of State Intern within the Executive Branch of the State of Iowa from December 2016 to August 2017. Kelby holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Public Relations from Iowa State University, completed in 2017.
