The Healthcare Management team at Athol Memorial Hospital oversees patient care coordination and resource utilization, ensuring that services are delivered efficiently and effectively. Led by the Director of Case Management & Utilization Review, the team works collaboratively with healthcare providers, including RN Case Managers and the Chief of Internal Medicine, to optimize patient outcomes, enhance healthcare delivery, and manage costs while maintaining high quality standards in patient care.
