Jacqueline Longo serves as a Learning and Development Consultant at Athora Netherlands since January 2021, where responsibilities include leading projects aimed at enhancing Learning and Development initiatives, such as improving the Development & Accelerate program, redesigning the onboarding program, transitioning to a new learning platform, and contributing expertise to projects on Culture, Diversity & Inclusion, and work stress. Prior to this role, Jacqueline held various positions, including Senior Change Management Consultant at Anbang Insurance Group from November 2016 to January 2021 and multiple roles at Zwitserleven from September 1990 to November 2016, which encompassed consultancy, customer experience, change management, temporary call center management, back office management, and senior commercial account management. Ongoing education includes courses at ICM opleidingen & trainingen since October 2022, as well as prior training at ISBW Opleiding & Training, NCOI Opleidingen, and TSM Business School.
