Jennifer C. Chen

Jennifer C. Chen is a seasoned professional in the field of health policy and pharmaceuticals, currently serving as Director of the Rx Reimbursement Practice at ATI Advisory since July 2023. In addition, Jennifer is a Board Member for the NY State Department of Financial Services' Office of Pharmacy Benefits. Previous roles include Manager of Medical Affairs & Market Access at Delfi Diagnostics and Senior Project Portfolio Manager at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, where Jennifer contributed to the Center for Health Policy & Outcomes. Jennifer's early experience encompasses positions as a Research Associate at Global Insight and an Epidemiology Intern at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Academically, Jennifer holds a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology from Boston University School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Science in Anthropology from the University of California, Riverside.
