Mark Bresee

Mark Bresee is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in education law. Currently a Partner at Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Ruud & Romo since November 2010, Mark has previously served as General Counsel for the San Diego Unified School District and Counsel II for the Orange County Department of Education. Early legal career experience includes a tenure at Parham & Rajcic and a background in education as a Teacher with the Los Angeles Unified School District. Mark holds a Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles and a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Education in History and Education from UCLA.
