Tom Clarke

Tom Clarke is an Associate Director at AtkinsRéalis since January 2021, where responsibilities include management of the West Midlands P3M team and oversight of resource allocation and team development. Previously, Tom served as a Senior Project Manager, focusing on change and transformation projects, value management for significant infrastructure initiatives, and mentoring junior colleagues. A temporary secondment to HS2 as a Project Manager involved managing the Historic Environment Research and Delivery Strategy for the Central Region. Experience at Faithful+Gould included project and programme management in diverse sectors, contributing to national estates improvement initiatives. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying and an HNC in Construction from Birmingham City University.
