Nick Williams

Nick Williams has extensive experience in project management and operational improvements, currently serving as Special Project Manager for ERP Implementation at Atkore since February 2014, following roles such as Lean Improvement Portfolio Manager and Manufacturing Supervisor. Prior experience at Caterpillar Inc. included responsibilities as Section Manager, where Williams focused on enhancing shop floor safety, resource allocation, and process improvement, utilizing Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. Williams also contributed as a Talent Development Facilitator, leading training initiatives, and previously held a Quality Support role, where responsibilities included auditing and inspecting production processes. Academic background includes studies at Joliet Junior College from 1998 to 2000.
