Alicia Grier

Alicia Grier, MPA, has been with the Atlanta Housing Authority since 2005, currently serving as a Property Operations Analyst after previously holding the position of Property Oversight Analyst. In these roles, Alicia is responsible for reviewing and processing payment applications to meet monthly deadlines and ensuring compliance with PBRA and R&O Agreements regarding community unit mix. Prior experience includes a tenure as Senior Operations Specialist for Housing Choice, where Alicia supervised a team, managed administrative processes, negotiated contracts, and facilitated training and meetings. Alicia earned a Master of Public Administration from Strayer University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Fort Valley State University.
