Cynthia McDonald

Cynthia McDonald possesses extensive experience in management and human resources within the housing sector. Currently serving as the Manager of Accessibility Compliance and Resident Initiatives Oversight at Atlanta Housing Authority since July 2014, Cynthia previously held the position of Resident Initiatives Oversight Manager. Prior to this role, Cynthia was the Director of Special Services at Draper & Associates from 2007 to June 2014, where responsibilities included managing a team for resident services and overseeing marketing efforts for the CAP Division. Cynthia’s career also includes serving as the Director of Human Resources at XRoads, LLC from January 2005 to June 2007, focusing on recruitment and performance evaluations. Cynthia earned a BA in Business Administration/Management/Human Resources from California State University, Fullerton between 1978 and 1980.
