Matthew Pittard

Matthew Pittard is currently a Project Development Manager at Atlanta Housing, where Matthew manages various development deals with a focus on a large, multi-phase, mixed-use, mixed-income community. Prior to this, Matthew worked as a Land Development Project Manager at Lennar, a Project Manager at McShane Construction Company, and as a Project Manager at PulteGroup. Matthew also has experience in project management at D.R. Horton and G&P Builders. Matthew has a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Economics, Real Estate, and a minor in Property Management from The University of Georgia.
