Rholanda Malveaux Stanberry, ELMCA, CPPB, is a seasoned diversity, inclusion, and procurement professional with over 25 years of experience. Currently serving as the Director of Supplier Diversity & Inclusion at the Atlanta Housing Authority since March 2019, Rholanda focuses on providing fair and equal contracting opportunities for Minority, Women, and Section 3 Small Business Concerns. Prior roles include Contract Compliance Administrator for Fulton County Government, where Rholanda led a team to promote equity in contracting, and Chief Assistant Purchasing Agent, overseeing significant capital projects. Rholanda also contributed to the City of Atlanta as a Senior Contracting Officer and Contracting Officer, developing purchasing protocols and procurement strategies. Rholanda holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing with a Minor in Management from Southern University and Agricultural and Mechanical College at Baton Rouge.
