Helen Ryan

Helen Ryan is a Senior Advisor at Atlantic Bridge. Prior to their current position, they worked as an Associate in Domestic Leveraged Acquisition Finance at Bank of Ireland Corporate and Markets from September 2017 to January 2021.

Helen has experience with financial modelling for a number of different transaction structures, including M&A, MBOs, LBOs and general debt/equity funding. Helen also has experience with credit analysis of companies and their accounts across numerous industries. Throughout their time at Bank of Ireland, they worked closely with senior team members and divisional leaders on various deals. Additionally, they managed the bank's investments in a number of Venture Capital and Development Capital funds.

Helen Ryan has a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering from Trinity College Dublin, an MAI in Biomedical Engineering from Trinity College Dublin, and a Professional Diploma in Financial Advice (QFA) from IOB. Helen is also certified as a European Financial Advisor from EFPA Europe and as a Qualified Financial Advisor from IOB.
