Jane Mitton-MacLean

Jane is the President of JMM Management - Consulting Engineers, based in Moncton, NB. A lifelong resident of Moncton, Jane has a long history of giving back to her community. She currently sits on the board of directors for the Horizon Health Authority and is a proud member of the 100 Women Who Care committee. She is a past board member of the New Brunswick Adoption Foundation, Westmorland County Condo Corporation, the Canadian Condominium Institute, and Downtown Moncton Centre-Ville Inc. Jane is a committed Philanthropist who has volunteered for the Canadian Cancer Society, Greater Moncton United Way, Atlantic Ballet of Canada and Peter Gzowski Invitational golf tournament for Literacy and a proud supporter of the Friends of the Moncton Hospital Foundation. She has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars as chair of numerous fundraising efforts. A long-time gaming industry executive with senior roles in marketing, communications, and stakeholder relations, Jane holds the certification of Communications and Advertising Accredited Professionals from the Institute of Communications Agencies. Jane is a continuous learner with the Canadian Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD). Jane currently chairs the Governance Committee and is a member of the Succession Committee for ALC.
