Bailey Lawson

Bailey Lawson is an experienced music industry professional with a focus on A&R, currently serving as an Urban A&R Assistant at Atlantic Records since May 2021. Prior experience includes roles as an Office Assistant at Berklee City Music from January 2016 to May 2019, an A&R Intern at 300 Ent during the summer of 2018, and a High School Intern at MBK Entertainment in June 2015, where responsibilities included reporting to the VP/Managing Partner and collaborating with college interns on One Sheets. Bailey Lawson holds a degree from Berklee College of Music, completing studies in 2020.
