Howard Osler Woltz II is a seasoned real estate professional with a robust background in commercial and residential property management. Currently serving as a Broker at Atlantic Retail since August 2022, Woltz previously held the role of Assistant Commercial Property Manager at Commonwealth Commercial Partners, LLC from May 2021 to August 2022.
