Matthew Zuo

Matthew Zuo is an experienced culinary professional specializing in Asian and Chinese cuisine. Currently serving as the Chinese Head Chef at Atlantis Bahamas since October 2022, Matthew previously held the position of Asian Chef at Four Seasons Resort from May 2019 to April 2022, where responsibilities included supervising kitchen staff and facilitating communication among senior chefs. Prior roles include Chinese Chef De Cuisine at Cheval Blanc Randheli, Chinese Junior Sous Chef at Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts, and various positions at Dusit Thani LakeView Cairo, John Keells Holdings PLC, Steigenberger Hotels and Resorts, and Grand Hyatt. Matthew holds an Intermediate cooking degree in Chinese Cuisine from Beijing Jinsong Vocational High School, complemented by a strong educational foundation in culinary arts.
