Philip Gillich is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in population health, payor relationships, and provider network management. Currently serving as Head of Provider Network at CareScout since September 2022, Philip focuses on enhancing provider performance and metrics that support quality care for aging populations. Prior roles include Senior Vice President for Population Health & Payor Relationships at TeleHealth Solution™, and Call9, where responsibilities involved negotiating value-based programs and driving revenue growth. Philip's background also includes Vice President positions at Emblem Health and Group Health Inc., overseeing physician contracting, network development, and regulatory compliance. An early career at Anthem involved managing physician contracting for multi-state networks. Philip holds a Bachelor of Science from Rutgers University and a Master's in Public Health from CUNY School of Public Health.
