Carey Head

Carey Head serves as the Senior Director of Global Creative Studio at Atlassian since March 2023 and is the Founder of Conductor Works, a marketing and production consulting firm established in December 2022. Carey is also a member of the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences. From July 2016 to December 2022, Carey held the position of Managing Director / Global Director of Creative Production & Operations at Uber, where a vision and operational processes for a high-performing creative team were established. Prior experience includes roles such as Head of Integrated Production & Technology at Bartle Bogle Hegarty NY, Head of Integrated Production at Barton F. Graf 9000, LLC, and Director of Digital Production at Goodby, Silverstein & Partners. Educational background includes a B.A. in Music, graduated Cum Laude from San Francisco State University, and a high school diploma from Miami Country Day School.
