Charlie Sutton

Charlie Sutton is an accomplished design leader with extensive experience in guiding product design across major technology firms. Currently serving as SVP and Head of Design at Atlassian since May 2022, expertise includes overseeing design for Jira products, Confluence, Trello, and managing Experience Design teams globally. Previously, as VP and Head of Design at Meta, leadership extended to over six hundred designers focused on the Facebook App and website. Notable earlier roles include Product Design Director at Facebook, Co-Founder and Head of Design at Liminal AR, and Design Director at HERE. Academic credentials include a Certificate in Innovation Leadership from California College of the Arts and a dual degree in Arts and Laws from The University of Queensland.
