Harry Sayari is an experienced engineering manager with a strong background in software development and team leadership across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Atlassian since November 2024, Harry previously held similar roles at Prospa and MedicalDirector, where expertise included managing multiple engineering teams, defining technological roadmaps, and fostering career development through one-on-one mentoring. With a technical foundation rooted in roles at Campaign Monitor, Commonwealth Bank, and several other institutions, Harry has consistently demonstrated excellence in leading projects, mentoring developers, and implementing software solutions. Harry’s educational background includes an Associate Degree in Computer Software Engineering from the Technical & Vocational Institute Tehran No.1 and a Diploma in Computer Software from a vocational high school in Tehran.
