Rebecca Rowley

Rebecca Rowley has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS), currently serving as the Mgr HRMS at Atmos Energy since June 2011. Throughout their tenure, Rebecca has held various positions including Lead HRMS Specialist and Senior HRMS Specialist, focusing on the analysis, design, development, and implementation of HRMS upgrades, as well as continuous process improvement. Prior to joining Atmos Energy, Rebecca worked as an HRMS Analyst at Alliance Data Systems and held roles such as Senior HRMS Analyst at Stream Global Services, Systems Engineer at Software Spectrum/Level 3 Communications, and Web Systems Administrator at Software Spectrum. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of North Texas, obtained in 1997.
