Mark Cresswell

Mark Cresswell serves as the Head of Risk and Compliance at Pollinate, where responsibility includes implementing a Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform to manage risks and ensure policy compliance since August 2021. Prior experience includes roles at HSBC focusing on data protection and operational risk management, and as Group Fraud and Investigations Manager at Lyca Group, where fraud control frameworks were managed. Mark's background also encompasses a decade with the Metropolitan Police as a Fraud and Cyber Crime Detective, handling complex investigations, and earlier experience as a Retail Bank Manager at Halifax. Mark holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from The University of Sheffield.
