Michelle McMaster

Michelle McMaster is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Human Resources at Atorus since January 2020, Michelle has previously held significant positions, including Director of Human Resources at Covance from 2018 to March 2019, and Director of Human Resources Generalist for the Americas at Chiltern from 2015 to 2018. Prior to this, Michelle was the Director of Human Resources for the Americas at Theorem (now Chiltern) from 2010 to 2015, and held the same title at OMNICARE CLINICAL RESEARCH INC from 1997 to 2010. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources Management and Marketing from Widener University, awarded in 1990.
