Tony Encinias

Tony Encinias has extensive experience in technology leadership, currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer for North America at Atos since June 2021. Prior roles include Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer at Dell Technologies, and Vice President of Technology and Public Sector Strategy at ViON Corporation. As Chief Information Officer for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Tony provided strategic guidance on technology investments and oversaw IT operations across multiple state agencies. Additional experience includes executive positions at the Defense Information Systems Agency and the Department of the Navy, where Tony led major innovation initiatives and managed significant IT resources. Tony holds a Master's degree in Information Technology Management from the Naval Postgraduate School, a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of Colorado Boulder, and certifications in Federal CIO and Project Management from Carnegie Mellon University and Georgetown University, respectively.
