Kate Hernandez

Kate Hernandez is an experienced professional with a strong background in account management and customer retention within the trade credit insurance industry. Currently serving as the Retention Manager for the Western Region at Atradius since February 2020, Kate oversees a team of four while managing an individual portfolio and providing strategic advice to clients. Prior to this role, Kate held various positions at Atradius Trade Credit Insurance, including Senior Account Manager and Account Manager, where responsibilities included team leadership, training development, and portfolio management. Earlier experience includes a Client Account Specialist role at One Source Risk Management and Funding, as well as marketing positions at Texas Cool Vest, where Kate focused on operational marketing and promotional project implementation. Kate holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Texas State University-San Marcos.
