Cheryl Choy

Cheryl Choy is a seasoned executive with over two decades of experience at AT&T, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Network Planning & Engineering, where responsibilities include optimizing investment returns for AT&T Communications which reported $117B in annualized revenue in 2022. Choy has held various senior positions within AT&T, including oversight of broadband product development and strategy with a focus on Fiber to the Home investments, driving a consumer wireline portfolio generating $14B-$15B annually, and leading video operations for DirecTV services. Additionally, as Vice President of Cricket Wireless, Choy was instrumental in launching the fastest-growing prepaid business in the U.S. and managing its LTE network. Choy's career began at Nortel Networks as a Sales Manager, and educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Washington.
