Shira Crawley

Shira Crawley is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Legal Counsel at Atura Power since August 2023. Previously, Shira held the role of Staff Lawyer at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP, where extensive document review and litigation preparation took place. Prior legal experience includes working as an Articling Student at Ontario Power Generation, providing comprehensive legal support across multiple areas, and coordinating a significant acquisition process. Shira’s background also encompasses positions as a Teaching Assistant at Queen's Law, Debwewin Legal Intern at the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General, Caseworker at the Queen's Elder Law Clinic, Clinical Trials Ethics Coordinator at The Ottawa Hospital, and Aquatics & Playroom Supervisor at Movati Athletic. Shira holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Queen's Law and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Biochemistry from the University of Ottawa.
