Tim Meeks

Tim Meeks is an experienced environmental consultant currently serving as a Subject Matter Expert at Atwell, LLC since September 2024. Prior to this role, Tim held the position of Lead Project Manager at SWCA Environmental Consultants, where responsibilities included project management, environmental permitting, and ecological sampling protocol design. Tim also worked as a Senior Staff Scientist at Cardno, managing similar tasks related to wetland and stream delineation for environmental permits. Earlier experience includes serving as a Staff Scientist at Alliance Consulting Inc., focusing on benthic macroinvertebrate sampling and wetland delineations, as well as roles at Wallace and Pancher, Inc., North Country Trail Association, and Moraine State Park. Tim holds a Master’s degree in Parks and Resource Management from Slippery Rock University and a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science from Bethany College.
