Pankaj Gulati

Pankaj Gulati is an experienced executive currently serving as Chief Operating Officer for Corporate Services, Chief People Officer, and Chief Marketing Officer at AU Small Finance Bank since April 2024. Prior to this role, Pankaj held similar positions at Fincare Small Finance Bank from December 2010 to March 2024, where responsibilities included managing strategic priorities and leading Marketing and People functions. Pankaj's earlier career includes positions at MetLife India Insurance, Max New York Life Insurance, and HSBC, alongside entrepreneurial ventures in recruitment and talent acquisition. Pankaj holds an Executive General Management Program degree from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and an MBA, among other academic qualifications, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Human Resources Management at IIT Madras.
