Vinesh Kadam is an experienced banking professional with a strong focus on NRI and remittance product management. Currently serving as AVP at AU Small Finance Bank since March 2021, Vinesh has previously held significant roles at Kotak Mahindra Bank as a Product Manager for Cross Border Remittance, and at Axis Bank managing NRI business acquisition and strategy. With a career beginning at The Minacs Group where Vinesh managed operations for NRI acquisition, Vinesh has consistently demonstrated expertise in product development, business strategy, client management, and team leadership. Vinesh holds an MBA from IES Management College and a B.Com from Ramniranjan Jhunjhunwala College.
