Robin Sexton

Robin Sexton, PhD, currently serves as the Director of Interdisciplinary Studies at Auburn University, a position held since August 2018. Prior to this role, Robin was an Assistant Professor of Business Communication in the Department of Management and Marketing at the University of North Georgia from August 2016 to May 2018. Earlier experience at Auburn University includes roles as a Doctoral Student and English Instructor from April 2008 to October 2016. Additionally, Robin contributed as an Associate Editor for Studies in Writing and Rhetoric between September 2011 and August 2013. Educational qualifications include a PhD in English, Rhetoric and Composition from Auburn University, attained in 2016, a Master's degree in Professional, Technical, Business, and Scientific Writing from Auburn University, completed in 2007, and a Bachelor of Commerce and Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from The University of Alabama.
