Willem Pedro van der Ent is an experienced business leader and currently serves as Director of Business Development Pacific at UniServices, focusing on bridging academia with industry and government to foster research-driven solutions. Additionally, Willem is the Chairman of the Board for Make-A-Wish Pacific, supporting children in the Pacific Islands with life-threatening illnesses. Previous roles include General Manager at CareHQ and KPT Medical Limited, and HR Director and Vice President of Account Management at Sitel. Willem holds an Executive MBA from Massey University and a PG Diploma in Human Resources from Victoria University of Wellington, among other qualifications.
