Joey Ong

Joey Ong is an experienced finance and operations professional with a diverse background in managing financial activities and operations across various sectors. Currently serving as the Finance and Operations Manager at AUCOTEC since September 2024, Joey also co-founded Soapnut Republic PLT in February 2021, overseeing all aspects of the company's operations in Malaysia. Prior experience includes managing finance and management accounting at Lemon Sky from February 2023 to September 2024, where responsibilities included financial reporting and statement preparation. From February 2008 to August 2014, Joey held the position of Audit Manager at Deloitte, leading audit engagements for a diverse client portfolio. Joey holds a BSc (Hons) in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University and is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
