Cynthia Lau

Cynthia Lau is an experienced retail and operations manager with a strong background in brand and retail management across various luxury segments. Currently serving as Retail and Operation Manager for Southeast Asia at Audemars Piguet since August 2020, Cynthia has previously held roles such as Travel Retail Area Manager at Salvatore Ferragamo, Retail Manager at Parfums Christian Dior, and Retail Manager at Valiram, where responsibilities included sales leadership, inventory management, and marketing. Cynthia’s earlier career included merchandising positions at Agnes b. and Club 21, where expertise in buying and merchandising was developed. Cynthia holds a Bachelor's degree (Honours) in Fashion Design & Marketing from The University of Huddersfield and a Diploma with Merit in Apparel Design and Merchandising from Temasek Polytechnic.
