Luisa Beck

Luisa Beck is a Senior Producer at Audible since October 2022, bringing extensive experience in media production and reporting. Prior roles include Reporter at The Washington Post from August 2017 to July 2021 and Producer and Editor at Detour.com from May 2015 to April 2017, where Luisa produced and edited several popular audio documentaries. Notable achievements include writing and producing SFMOMA's most listened to audio walk and co-managing 30 Detours in major cities. Luisa's background also features positions as an Artist in Residence at the Exploratorium, freelance reporting for various outlets, and research assistance at prestigious institutions, complemented by academic credentials from the University of California, Berkeley, MIT Media Lab, and Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München.
