John Grant

John Grant is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and technical roles within various organizations. As Chairman of the Fen Line Users' Association since April 2019, John has also been a Partner at Nine Tiles since July 1978. In addition, John serves as an Editor for ISO/IEC JTC1/SC6/WG7, focusing on requirements for switching in Future Networks. John chairs the Audio Engineering Society's SC-02-02 Working Group, which works on ultra-low-latency audio technologies. Furthermore, John leads projects at the IEC, developing international standards for networked digital audio and video products, and has held chairman roles at ETSI, including ISG NIN and ISG NGP, focusing on networking technologies and protocols for 5G services. John holds a degree from the University of Cambridge and completed a Cranfield Enterprise Development course in 1992.
