Abigail Phillips is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in project management and communications, currently serving as Change Project Manager at Audit Wales and Social Media Officer for Lifeboats-Royal National Lifeboat Institution. With a long-standing role as Director of Operations at Celtic Capability Sailing, Abigail has committed to providing sailing experiences for disabled and disadvantaged individuals. Previous contributions include impactful positions at the National Assembly for Wales, where responsibilities involved delivering high-profile projects, mentoring staff, and contributing to strategic transformation initiatives. Abigail's volunteer work as a Lifeboat Press Officer and Education and Visits Officer has significantly enhanced public engagement and education programs for the RNLI.
