Melissa Jurgens (Beaton) is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in customer success, operational strategy, and business growth within the technology and retail sectors. Currently serving as Chief Customer Officer and founding team member at Augmodo since May 2024, Melissa focuses on integrating spatial computing with real-world retail environments. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at InContext Solutions, where Melissa held multiple leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer and Chief Growth Officer, directing company strategy and driving substantial growth. Melissa's career began at Mintel, progressing through various roles in sales and account management, complemented by early experience as an Event Coordinator at Lakeshore Athletic Services. Melissa holds a BA in International Relations, French, and Economics from Drake University.
