Stephanie Gedeon, MSN, RN, NPD-BC, NEA-BC, currently serves as the Assistant Chief Nursing Officer and Administrative Director of Nursing Quality and Process Improvement at Augusta Health since April 2021. Previously, Gedeon worked at HCA Healthcare from July 2001 to April 2021, where positions included Market Director of Clinical Professional Development for the Richmond Market, Throughput Manager, Director of Nursing for an Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit, Nurse Manager for an Oncology Care Unit, Clinical Nurse Educator, and Registered Nurse. Gedeon's educational background includes a Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Health Systems Management from the University of Virginia, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Virginia Commonwealth University, and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Nursing from J Sargeant Reynolds Community College.
