Charles Carroll

Charles Carroll is currently an advisor at the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts. Prior to that, they worked as a student at NPower, a nonprofit focused on getting US veterans trained in information technology. Charles also spent time working in banking at JPMorgan Chase. Charles has always had a passion for the culinary arts and is excited to be able to share their knowledge with others as an advisor at the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts.

Charles Carroll's educational career includes studying kinesiology at Texas Woman's University with a focus on physical therapy and information technology project management at DeVry University. Charles also has a bachelor's degree in culinary arts from the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts and an information technology certification from North Central Texas College. In addition, they have a kinesiology certification from Npower and two certifications from the Texas Department of Transportation in Barber/Stylist and Commercial Driver License (CDL).
