Nik Partridge

Nik Partridge is a seasoned professional in the mining and engineering sectors, currently serving as the Principal Value Engineer for BHP since August 2023. With a career that began in 2009 at Aquila Resources Inc., Nik has held various positions, including Senior Project Manager/ Commercial Advisor at Quartile One and Manager Asset Management (Mining) at Aurecon, demonstrating a strong capability in asset performance and project management. Previous experience includes significant roles at BHP Billiton and Concept Engineering Consultants Ltd, where a skill set developed in geological exploration and project management was applied. Nik holds a Bachelor’s degree in Geology and Geoscience from the Queensland University of Technology and A Levels from Bassaleg Comprehensive School.
